How can I book an inflatable game?
You can book directly online via our platform by clicking the "Book" button. It is recommended to make the full payment at the time of booking, but you also have the option to pay just a deposit. In this case, the balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the game pickup.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
-Cancellation 24 hours or more before the rental date:
No cancellation fees apply. Full refund.
-Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours):
No cancellation fees apply if weather conditions are unfavorable. However, if you choose to pick up the game despite uncertain weather, no refund will be offered.
Do you offer delivery or do I need to pick up the inflatable?
We offer two options:
Pick-up at one of our designated locations (free service).
Home delivery is available in the areas we serve for weekday or full weekend rentals, with an additional fee of $85 + taxes.
For weekday daycare rentals:
- Delivery on the morning of your event with free installation and takedown.
- Pickup at the end of the day.
For full weekend rentals:
- Delivery on Friday morning and pickup on Monday morning.
- Installation instructions provided upon delivery.
- The inflatable must be packed in its bag before pickup.
- You must be able to install and take it down in case of bad weather.

What are the installation and usage conditions?
To ensure the safety and longevity of the inflatable games, we ask our clients to follow these guidelines:
- Supervision: An adult responsible person must supervise the installation and use of the inflatable at all times.
- Environment: The game must be set up on a flat surface, free of any obstacles, and have access to a proper power supply.
- Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather (high winds, rain, storms), stop using the game immediately and deflate it.
- Age and Weight Limits: Each inflatable has specific indications; it is essential to follow these limits for everyone's safety.
- Responsibility: The client must sign the rental terms and conditions, specifying their obligations and the responsibility of each party. Les Ballounes Inc. disclaims any liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.
*** The Tenant acknowledges that Les Ballounes Inc. (lesballounes.com) acts solely as a payment intermediary between the Supplier and the Tenant.
Les Ballounes Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, consequence, or injury resulting from the use of the Goods.
By renting an inflatable, the Tenant waives any claim against Les Ballounes Inc., whether related to the rental or the reservation.
